How long does it take to receive a response to my request?

Our customer service responds to all messages and emails within 24 hours , in the order they are received.


Orders

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at the following address:

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer guarantee that the address can be changed.

If your order has already been shipped, you can exercise your 30-day right of return in accordance with our return policy.


How long will it take to process my order?

Luxembourg 2 to 3 business days

Orders placed after 23:59 (CET) are processed the following working day.

How long does delivery take once the order has been shipped?

What is the total delivery time?

The total time includes processing + shipping .

Can I track my order?

Yes.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number .

You can also track your order on our “Track your order” page.


Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking information may take a few hours to appear after shipment.

Will my order be delivered in a single package?

Depending on the size of your order, the items may be sent in multiple packages .

Parcels may arrive with 1 to 2 days between deliveries .


Cancelation

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled before it is shipped .

If your order has already been shipped, you can make a return within 30 days .


Delivery delays

What happens if my order is delayed?

Delays can sometimes occur due to external factors such as:

  • Incorrect address

  • logistical problems of the carrier

  • weather conditions

  • periods of high activity (holidays, sales)

Damaged items

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We are sorry for this inconvenience.

If your package is visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery .

If the package was delivered in your absence, contact us immediately with photos of the product .

We will arrange a replacement or a suitable solution .


Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes.

OutfitParis offers a 30-day return policy .

The items must be:

  • in good condition

  • unused or lightly tested

  • with their labels

  • in their original packaging


How do I make a return or exchange?

4️⃣ Once the item has been inspected, the refund will be processed.


Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • confirmation by email

  • Refund issued via the original payment method

The refund may take up to 30 business days to appear, depending on your bank.


Do you charge a restocking fee?

No.
OutfitParis does not charge any restocking fees .


I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
