Requirements

The articles must:

  • to be in good condition

  • be new or lightly used

  • to have their original labels

  • must be returned in their original packaging


Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Items must be returned to our partner logistics center . Return instructions will be sent to you after your request.


How do I request a return?

2. Receive the instructions

Our team will send you:

  • a return authorization

  • instructions for returning your package

3. Return your package

Take your package to a local carrier and send it to the address provided.

4. Reimbursement

Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.


Refund Policy

Method :
The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase or in the form of store credit (upon request) .

Deadline :

  • Processing time: 3 to 5 business days

  • Visible refund: up to 30 business days depending on your bank


Exceptions

  • Promotional items marked "Non-refundable" can only be exchanged for store credit .

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable , except in the case of an error on our part.

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number .

OutfitParis cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping .
